All return requests must be initiated within 3 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase and relevant photos

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Used, altered, or washed products

4. Refund Process
As all orders are Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be issued only if:

  • Your return is approved and

  • The product is returned successfully

Approved refunds will be processed as either:

 

  • Replacement of the item

We do not offer cash refunds due to the COD system.

5. Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

7. International Returns
